If you are unsure which skin care treatment will be best for you - don’t worry - American Beauty's esthetician is certified to recognize your skin type and will create a treatment and routine designed specifically for you. Prior to your service, your esthetician will perform a consultation to acknowledge what type of treatment and maintenance is needed for your specific skin type.
Facials and other skincare treatments are especially effective when performed in a series and used as an ongoing skincare beauty routine. Your esthetician will need to determine if you skin type will work with the facial treatment you have selected. Please call ahead with any questions 913.236.0008
Massage
20-minute intensive scalp massage - $25Warm towels and scented essential oils are used to massage away stress and promote relaxation through trigger point pressure techniques. This treatment is especially beneficial to those suffering from migraines or headaches.
20-minute sinus/allergy relief - $25
This holistic approach relieves sinus pain and pressure due to colds and allergies. Warm steam is gently misted over the face while essential oils are used to massage trigger points and drain the facial lymphatic system. You will feel a relief of pressure and opened sinus cavities.
30 or 60-minute tranquil massage - $30 / $60
A soothing and relaxing massage of the scalp, face, shoulders, hands, arms and feet using warm towels, lotions and essential oils.
Exfoliating Body Treatment - $65
Specialized exfoliating gloves gently massage away dull skin. Heated, moistened towels are then used to knead tired muscles prior to a soothing application of moisturizing essential oils. This treatment will leave you relaxed with fresh, moisturized and glowing skin.
Chemical Peel Treatments
Chemical Peel Treatments are extremely effective and you will see immediate results. While you may experience some sensitivity you will not experience any downtime or excessive skin peeling. All chemical peel treatments include a scalp massage and soothing hand masque.A single chemical peel offers instant results and benefits - for maximum results, a series of 6 treatments (one per 7-10 days) is highly recommended.
